Illustrator and artist. Born in 1976, lives and works in Porvoo,Finland. Jenni graduated as a blacksmith in 1996 and artist/printmakerin 2001. At the moment she studies graphic design
in the University ofArts and Design Helsinki. Since 1999 she hasbeen active with her ownart exhibitions. In 2001 she started to work as a freelance graphicdesigner and illustrator. She takes part to international competitionsand exhibitions in Finland and abroad. She likes to do different
projects in art and design.

Artist and illustrator. Born in 1977, lives and works in Helsinki, Finland. Jenni graduated from the University of Arts and Design Helsinki in 2002, after studying painting and graphic design in Helsinki and animation in London. Since 1996 she has been active with her own art exhibitions, making illustrations and comics for various magazines in Finland and abroad. As the other founder of Napa, she has worked as a curator and designer for all the Napa’s books aswell as their group exhibitions. In addition Jenni has done many record cover designs and animation videos for bands. She mostly works with pencil, ink, and collage techniques. Clients include: Helsingin Sanomat, Olivia, Voima, Wsoy, Vrij Nederland, The Drama magazine, Universal Music, Alko etc.

In short, Tuhru is a collective of Anna Virtanen, Elina Minn and Ami Lindholm. They graduated as animation directors in spring 2008. At the moment they live in Turku, Finland working together in the fields of illustration and animation. Anna, Elina and Ami met while studying in Turku Arts Academy and they quickly noticed how much they liked each others’ drawings and stories. The three girls share an appreciation in soft pencils pressed hard and a certain simplicity of style. The natural move was to start working together. They’ve made various illustrations, art projects and animations as a group. Collage and pencil drawing are their favorite techniques.
