ウィーン生まれ、ニューヨーク在住アーティスト。美しくモダンな、非凡な色のコンビネーションとテクスチャー、そして空間感覚を得意とする彼女のスタイルは、ファッションイラストレーションのトップ・アーティストとしての位置を確実なものとしています。
ウィーンのテキスタイル美術学校を卒業後、グラフィック・デザイナー兼アート・ディレクターとしてデザイン会社や広告代理店で活躍 した後、1994年にニューヨークに移住。デザイン・ディレクターとして活動し、1997年からはイラストレーターとしての仕事に専念する。1997年 「ニューヨーク・タイムズ・スタイル・セレクション」の表紙にイラストで、ソサエティ・オブ・ニュースペーパー・デザイン銀賞、ディスティンクティブ・メ リット賞を受賞,Communication Artsのアワード・オブ・エクセレンスを2000年、2001年と受賞など多数の賞を授かっている。Fashion Illustration Now (Thames & Hudsonより出版)にフィーチャーされ、Communication Artsの2001年9/10月号で20ページにわたり特集された。2004年にはPucciマネキン社より彼女の作品のキャラクターのマネキンが発売さ れている。NYで２人の子供とご主人と一緒に暮らし、彼女の美しい生き方は、America Magazineでも特集されています。
