一ツ山チエがエイズで親を失ったエイズ孤児を支援するNGO・PLAS主催のチャリティーオークションに参加しています。 子ども達が前向きに生きられるように、どうぞ皆様のご協力をお願いします。 会期は9月3日（日）までです。 Chie Hitotsuyama participates in a charity auction sponsored by NGO PLAS, which supports AIDS orphans who have lost their parents to AIDS. We would appreciate your cooperation so that children can live positively. 「セキ・イコネン」というユニットでフィンランド人のリッタ・イコネンとコラボレーション制作をしました。 セキの作品テーマである自然とそこに住む人々。共通したテーマをもつイコネンと共同で取り組みます。 身に纏えるスカルプチュア、写真とコラージュを用いて、中之条に住む人々のポートレートシリーズが発表されます。 Seki collaborated with Ritta Ikonenfrom Finland in a unit called “Seki Ikonen”. The theme of Seki's work is nature and the people who live there. She worked together with Ikonen, who has a common theme. Using wearable sculptures, photographs and collages, a series of portraits of people living in Nakanojo will be exhibited. |

中之条で暮らす人々をポートレートするプロジェクト作品の一つ。 元養蚕農家関駒三郎氏にお蚕さんの人形を腕に通す形の桑の葉の衣装を制作し、養蚕業の作業場兼住居で撮影。デジタルコラージュで仕上げる。 One of the project works to portrait people living in Nakanojo. For former sericulture farmer Komasaburo Seki, Seki Ikonen created a mulberry leaf costume in which a silkworm doll is worn, and photographed him at a sericulture workshop and residence. It was finished with a digital collage. |

中之条で暮らす人々をポートレートするプロジェクトの一つ。 昨年まで米農家を営まれ、子供の頃から藁細工に慣れ親しんでいる中之条町長の外丸茂樹氏に藁の衣装を制作し、着用姿を撮影。仕上げはデジタルコラージュ。 One of the projects to portrait people living in Nakanojo. Seki Ikonen created a straw costume for Nakanojo Town Mayor Shigeki Tomaru, who ran a rice farm until last year and has been familiar with straw crafts since childhood. Seki Ikone photographed him wearing it, which was finished with a digital collage. |

参加アーティストは125人、44会場で開催されます。 セキ・イコネンの作品は中之条市街地の旧廣盛酒蔵2階に展示されています。 125 artists will participate at 44 venues. Seki Ikonen's works are exhibited on the 2nd floor of the former Hirozakari Sake Brewery in downtown Nakanojo. 中之条には四万温泉など温泉も多くリフレッシュできるエリアでもあります。 中之条の風土と自然、そして住民との交差によって生まれたアートを楽しむ旅はいかがでしょうか？ Nakanojo is also an area where you can refresh yourself with many hot springs such as Shima Onsen. How about a trip to enjoy the art created by the crossover between Nakanojo's climate, nature, and residents? |
