nomoco自身の中にある「Chaos」にフォーカスし、これまでイラストレーターとして発表してきた作品の一部を発展させた、新たな側面が垣間見える作品群で構成されています。彼女の中にある、窮屈で混沌とした状態を整理するような感覚、頭の中のごちゃごちゃをきちんと並べて整理しようとする感覚、コントロールできないものをコントロールしようとする感覚。そして間違いや偶然から生まれる発見、その時の絵の中に飛び込むようなトランス状態、その中に生まれるセラピューティックな色とかたち。これらの様々な感覚を、インクの動きを使い作品に落とし込みました。 展示空間はまるで彼女の内部に取り込まれたかのような、鮮やかな色彩とインクの質感で満たされています。その空間に身をゆだねて、彼女の「Chaos」の中でささやかな心の癒やしを感じてみてはいかがでしょうか？ nomoco's solo exhibition, “Organising Chaos,” focuses on the “Chaos” within her. It features an array of artworks that evolve from some of her previous works as an illustrator. These pieces reveal a new facet, born from within her. The exhibition captures the sense of trying to organize the cluttered and chaotic state within her, as if tidying up the jumble in her mind. It reflects the feeling of attempting to control the uncontrollable. It also embraces the discoveries that arise from mistakes and accidents, a trance-like state where one dives into the moment's artwork, and the therapeutic colors and forms that emerge within that experience. Using the movement of ink, she translates these diverse sensations into her artwork. The exhibition space is filled with vibrant colors and the texture of ink, almost as if you've stepped into her inner world.
